Training Course "Sharing Best Practices For Inclusive Growth”
 took place from 04-12 March,2013 in Tsaghkadzor,Armenia.
 The project was organised by the local youth NGO "Youth For Exchange and Cooperation”
 and was funded with the support from the European Commision in the framework of the European Union’s "Youth in Action " Program.

Youth in Action is the Programme the European Union has set up for young people. It aims to inspire a sense of active European citizenship, solidarity and tolerance among young Europeans and to involve them in shaping the Union's future.

The training course involved 22 participants from: Armenia, Georgia,Turkey,Ukraine, Moldova,Italy,Spain,Croatia,Romania,Greece,Slovakia.
The main aim of the Training Course was to focus on raising awareness of the value and importance of volunteering as a form of active engagement and as a tool to combat poverty, marginalization, hate motivated violence, racism, discrimination and social exclusion from the perspective of youth in different societies.
The project also helped young people to develop mutual understanding, learn and share creative methods of expression,ways to fight discrimination and accept differences, handle and solve problems.

Participants were involved in group works, discussions, simulation and role games.
Participants had also the opportunity to present their countries and their organisations.

The Training Course presented the opportunities of the Youth in Action Programme in general and European voluntary service in particular. All participants had a chance to learn about Youthpass and its key Competences, and were issued Youthpasses.

During the 8 day Training Course the participants had also chance to learn about culture and history of Armenia.
